Receptionist was rude. Wanted our $100 cash deposit returned when we checked out at the desk (we took out paperwork receipt and the room, keys,)she wanted us to wait 15 minutes for housekeeping to check the room. We advised her that the room was dirty when we got into room. What we should’ve done was gone back, checked out and gone to another hotel.. The carpets were filthy with stains, tub faucets where corroded, at that time, she called security on Andy because we only waited 13 minutes versus the 15 minutes. We willl never stay at this hotel again. Andy told her all we wanted to do is get our deposit and walk out the doors and never come back..

First of all this property is 25 minutes away from casino drive. It’s in Indian reservation so it’s stand alone. The reception no nice encounter, I said happy Thanksgiving belated and how she doing. She just said how can I help you, she is rude, got my key, Room is ok but the air conditioner is not working properly. It was freezing the first day so I called for service. A young boy show up. He did the same thing I did turn on and off the thermostat but never worked. It’s still freezing so he said he will call someone else, but that person or nobody show up to fix it. So I bundled up but a few hours later it turned off . Worst place place for me . Not giving any star 😡

This is a very nice place but they have an old internet system that just plain does not work even for reading your e-mail. Also no in room coffee. But it is a very reasonably priced property so if you do not care for the internet and do not mind having to get up and dressed to have your morning joe then it is a good buy. They should up their price by $5 per room for 1 night and they could put in a great internet system forever!!!

There was not a coffee pot or hot water dispenser in the room like many hotels and resorts offer, ice machine dispencers on some floors were completely empty, double shower curtains were mildew riddled. The room was listed as a high quality site, it was clean, but was more like a medium level or lower average level lodge. The staff was cordial and kind, the restaurants had very good service with very good helping andctasty food. Parking was plentiful and easy to manage.

I was disappointed that the river level was so low for boating. That is the reason I came there. Oh disapointed no coffee machine in rooms. But room was nice food was good. Theatre was great and nice having pools to swim and casino had plenty games. 👍
