Checked into room on Friday to executive suite on the 26th floor. Which is what we what wanted and paid for. Got to the room and had no A/C and was down graded to the 6th. When I asked if we could be compensated I was told no. On Saturday we ended up having to change rooms again. Overall experience was terrible and most of the staff did try to help with the exception of Jaclyn Emmon who was the Assistant Manager. Also the quality of food in the buffet was below average especially at the price they charged. I would not picked this hotel again because with all the room changes and it put a damper on our 3rd Anniversary.
