Positives: Hotel was close to the venue where we went to a concert and if you get to the pool early it's not that crowded but around noon it's a circus. Inexpensive compared to Vegas. Opportunities: Not very clean in the hallways, common areas and rooms a tad below average. It was very noisy in the hallways and common areas until very early in the morning. Two out of the three elevators did not work, adults and kids running in the hallways yelling. The AC didn't work that well, went to a restaurant in the casino and the grill wasn't working so no burger. You can't bring an empty water bottle with ice in it to the pool area. Very strict on rules around the pool. The general crowd was pretty rough. We still had a good time but will not be returning.

Checked into room on Friday to executive suite on the 26th floor. Which is what we what wanted and paid for. Got to the room and had no A/C and was down graded to the 6th. When I asked if we could be compensated I was told no. On Saturday we ended up having to change rooms again. Overall experience was terrible and most of the staff did try to help with the exception of Jaclyn Emmon who was the Assistant Manager. Also the quality of food in the buffet was below average especially at the price they charged. I would not picked this hotel again because with all the room changes and it put a damper on our 3rd Anniversary.

First time in Laughlin in 30-years. The casino and resort were wonderful. A bit spread out, but very clean and well kept. The best parts were the staff and pricing. From the front desk to the casino and shuttle drivers everyone was very friendly and helpful, a big change from what you see in Las Vegas now a days. Our room was updated and comfortable. The adult pool was great with a nice shaded bar overlooking the river. Food in the restaurants was nothing to fancy, but good. And you cannot beat the prices as compared to Vegas. Will definitely be coming back.

We had fun here. The parking is easy, lots to do, any staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. The restaurants and buffet were ok and had quick service. Nothing amazing but nothing terrible. The casino snack bar was quick and a good value. Room was average clean, older and well used, bed was not the most comfortable but doable. River views are nice. Was very busy on the weekend and the crowd was loud families, had to wait for elevators often and be packed in with coolers and kids. Everyone seemed to be having a good time.

I thought I was getting a balcony. But it was a big window that would not open. They did give me another room with a balcony. But it took several trips back to the registration line. Then they didn't give me directions on how to get to the room. It was very confusing.

Couldn't find reservations, then charge me an Additional $125.00 for incidentals. Had me lug my luggage outside in 115 degree heat to have them hold it till they found my reservations. Room 564 smelled odd but we were starved so we dropped out stuff and made reservations for prime rib. Wanted a tip added to credit card charge BEFORE we even sat at the table. When I refused to prepay tip the hostess said YOU HAVE TO PAY A TIP IN CASH AT THE TABLE...not nicely! Meal,close to a low end buffet with cold meat, old desert and hot potatoes. Waiter was nice but super overloaded so he had little time to refill drinks, etc. I did leave him a tip. Back to casino floor NONE of the REWARD BONUS CARDS work. It was a joke, 9 cards we tried and 9 didn't work on 99% of the machines. We tossed in the towel and went to our room to find the floor is wet and REEKS OF BLEACH. I asked if they had a murder in the room befor e us. THey sent the porter and moved us up 2 floors. On the way up the elevator, 2 other couples talked about rooms stinking and lousy Reward cards. Finally in our room, TV has no channel choices, bed is lumpy and at 5:00 AM. I checked out after the reservation desk gal asked someone how to refund my $100.00 and kept the resort fee. I have gambled throughout the USA, Canada and all over Europe...DON LAUGHLIN.RIVERSIDE CASINO YOU WIN THE WORSE CASINO I HAVE EVER BEEN IN!

This was our second time staying here and we have no complaints. Our room wasn’t ready when we tried to check in a little after 3pm but it didn’t take long. Staff and everyone was so nice.
