We booked a 3 night stay with a king bed a month before, instead were given double beds due to unavailability, yet the other person checking in next to us was offered a king bed upgrade for $8, more per night. The girl checking us in was very rude! Room service was never done and we only got clean towels after complaining to manager. Very disappointing since we’ve always stayed there in the past.

Absolutely the worst bet I've ever slept on should have been replaced 10 years ago and the service was horrible nothing was open and to think I thought we were going to have such a good time for our 16th anniversary it looks like to me they're trying to squeeze every bit of profit they can out of the customer and he doesn't count

Room was good and clean The only problem I had was someone was smoking in the room next to me (this is a non smoking floor) but front desk moved me to another floor. So thank them for that.

The room was very outdated and smelled of must. Our friend’s room had a blown GFI in the bathroom. This hotel is in desperate need of a remodel at least in the north tower.

Very bad, room felt like a Jail cell not a remodeled. There was no beach it was mud and water. I left and drove back home. I hope I get a refund.
