the room was great the coffie pot was broken and had no pods, but that was the only thing wrong we dont drink so didnt use the bar. housekeeping responded really fast to our only request. all in all a very good stary.

Rooms have no blankets or fridges and Registration lady offered a cheap upgrade to river view never got that assuming i paid for that😡 and the Brew House had very bad service with mediocre food order was not correct probably wont be back

Up charge for a room facing west. Water never got hot! They NEVER cleaned my room or gave new sheets or towels for 8 days. And the Hot Tub was out of service the entire time, and didn’t get a discount for not having it available. All in all, it was crappy and after staying here going on 26 yrs, I won’t be back

Pools and Hot Tub were not open. Two of the restaurants were closed inside not enough customers was the excuse. Move me at 4 o’clock in the morning because of the water leak and did not have a bellhop to help. Just absolutely horrible still continued to charge their resort fee, which is not a resort.
