Will definitely stay here again. The location is very convenient for shopping, dining with walking distance. A great restaurant on the premises, and good breakfast options. Car parking is extra, and can be first in! Staff were friendly and helpful.

I have stayed at this hotel for several years when I visit Launceston and find the rooms comfortable. It is also close to the CBD and transport services as I often go out on day trips by bus to places of interest outside the city.

Average hotel, quite dated. Bathroom was serviceable at best, but well worn. Shower had no water pressure - badly needs an upgrade. Room was a good size, bed comfy, overall it was just ok compared to other places with a similar price point. Beware of the car parking, it’s subject to availability… which I learned the hard way. It was not disclosed at checkin… figured they would only sell what they had… I was wrong, they sell them to anyone and if you miss out bad luck… had to argue for a refund of the parking fee which was ridiculous. I then had to find a park somewhere else which wasn’t easy in the CBD…
