Amazing stay in the Daphne De Maurier Suite! Wonderful room with lovely amenities! Perfect view too! Hotel staff are wonderful as always and the same for the restaurant team too!

This is a great hotel as long as you don’t expect to add dining to your experience. It is more aimed as a hotel for local rather than hotel guests. It is a lovely hotel. Rooms are good and there is a lot of character and charm. The dining experience is the area that takes the shine away from an otherwise 5 star experience.

A little disappointed

Long wait for breakfast, long queues at bar despite being off season, this is solely down to lack of staff. Staff are excellent and hard working but there aren't enough of them. Standard of food has declined since my last stay, despite prices increasing dramatically.
