Better than expected. Comfortable mid-20th c. professional house completely modernized with walk-in shower in master, tub in 2nd bathroom. Lovely full-length windows in living, master, and dining. Washer/dryer, full kitchen, three entrances/exits to choose from. They thought of everything! Shampoo, conditioner, body and hand soaps, clothes hamper/baskets, extra blankets. Great place for dog! She loved running around in the side yard and looking out the full-length windows. She also loved the cool floors. Family loved the location. Only 5 min. from historic area and Super Walmart, pretty much everything we wanted to see was less than two miles away. Quiet neighborhood, corner house, well-lit by church and quiet neighbors. Great place to relax once the fun of town is done for the day. Has a couple of fire pits with chairs and overhanging outdoor hanging lights for fun times outside as well. Would bring extra pillows from home for the beds but otherwise, loved this location. If you are coming in to see the Ben and Erin Hometown sights and get a small town feel, this is a great base for it. Don't forget to take D.J.'s golf cart tour of the Hometown renovated homes. He is super fun. And the special lemonade store (best mixes!) and painting arts and crafts place was a fun time for all ages. Loved Laurel. These townspeople are most hospitable. Loved our stay and learning about their history and homes. Don't forget to visit the FREE Lauren Rogers Art Museum, former library. Gorgeous.

Property was a convenient location for us, as we were in town for a wedding. It was spacious and a nice space for a small family. The kitchen was definitely lacking in supplies and I was thankful we did not have to do much cooking while there. Based on the owner’s rating system, it would get a 4 star rating, but given Laurel’s reputation, I definitely expected a nicer, cleaner place. Bathrooms were good and beds were comfy.

Everything was good. The only thing I didn’t care for was the list of rules and additional fees needed after booking that is not listed on the VRBO listing. Not a huge deal, but it’s the point behind it that I didn't care for. Everything should clearly be stated on the listing.

Lovely Laurel Home

My family and I enjoyed a few days exploring Laurel. The house is just what you need and conveniently located close enough to downtown but in a quiet neighborhood. We all had a great time!

Wedding near by

Very clean and spacious. Once we arrived my dad noticed the right side of the handrail going into the side door was loose. He called the property manager and they had someone there shortly after and had it fixed. Anytime we had questions, we had a response right way. We love our beds at home and are always afraid of a sleepless night, especially days before our son’s wedding. We all slept great. Beds were very comfortable. They had wonderful information provided on the table with surrounding places. Highly recommend this place For your stay.

Very clean and roomy home for two couples and one infant. The owners were excellent to work with and communicated well with me throughout the process. Would stay again in the future. Beautiful home that was convenient and parking was great.

laurel weekend

fun weekend with my daughter granddaughter and daughter in law. we enjoyed exploring Laurel and shopping in all the stores . Restaurants were great and so was the golf cart tour. it was wonderful relaxing in the house in the evening and visiting and laughing with one another . The house was convenient to town and met all our needs .

Family get together

My granddaughter attends Jones College and we came down for Homecoming. The White House was a great location and everyone had a wonderful time. Last night we went to the County Fair and enjoyed watching my 18 month old great grandson ride some rides for the first time! Thanks to Stephen for being such a great host!
