Stay in this brand new Wengen apartment "Alphorn" in Panoramapark Soleil Chalet Bietenhorn. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and extensive balcony this apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 people.



The apartment is located within a landscape of 6 wood-crafted Wengen Chalets which are a 420 meter walk with elevator from the Wengen train station. Wengen is a car free village which is accessible by train from Lauterbrunnen. Enter through an elegant marble hallway into the apartment, which greets you with an entrance area with hanging space and shoe storage.



The cosy and inviting open plan living space welcomes you with a comfortable sofa and 2 arm chairs. The adjoining dining space for 6 and well equipped kitchen is ideal for entertaining or family meals and opens up directly onto the extensive south-west facing balcony. Dine alfresco or enjoy the mountain views and a glass of wine in the sun!



The master bedroom with ensuite shower room features a king-size bed (180x200cm) which can be separated into two singles, whilst the second bedroom offers a king-size doulbe (180x200cm) in an attractive wooden bed frame with matching bed side tables. A family size bathroom is located just off the entrance hall opposite the second bedroom.



A private cellar unit houses the washing machine and dryer as well as providing useful storage space for your unpacked suitcases etc.



Furthermore the Chalet also offers complimentary heated ski, snowboards and boot storage at Central Sport's Ski Depot just next to the cable car.



A private elevator takes you from the Panoramapark Soleil complex up the mountain towards the village and shortens the walk into town to just over 400 meters.

Beautiful, clean stay

We stayed 4 nights in Wengen and loved every one! The beds were comfy, the kitchen was perfect for breakfasts and dinners and the entire place was clean. We loved the washer and dryer as well. Wengen is a good base for exploring the Alps including Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen. The only thing to note is it is a steep incline up to the train/gondola from this property but it didn't stop us. The host is willing pick you up to bring you to the condo the first time with your luggage and also upon check out so we never had to lug our bags. I'd definitely stay here again!

Amazing location. New apartment with good layout. Decent view. Clean, but cobwebs could use a cleaning. Recycling is a bit of a pain to figure out. Could use napkins and/or paper towels.

Most amazing place!

We can’t say enough good about this property! Check in and out super smooth, incredible location, everything we needed was available and in perfect condition, the details to convenience and beauty were remarkable!!!! Having morning coffee on the lovely deck listening to the bells on cows, goats and sheep was delightful. It was like stepping into a postcard! We absolutely loved staying here and would love to come again! The staff were informative and very friendly and took care of every question we had giving us great suggestions and guidance. Our first trip to Switzerland couldn’t have been better!

Lovely chalet

A beautiful well appointed chalet. Amazing views from deck . Easy access to all the surrounding sights. Get the Jungfrau pass so you can hop on and off trains and cable cars.

The apartment exceeded our expectations

The apartment was absolutely lovely. It was very well appointed and very comfortable. We eat in 3 nights and found that the kitchen had everything that we needed and more. Once we had found the table-top grill and raclette, we used it every night - this was a big hit with everyone and I shall be investing in one of these contraptions when I get home. There was a Nespresso-style coffee maker, but we ended up using the cafetiùre instead. The bed was very comfortable but we did get a bit too hot during the night (we didn’t persevere with the heating controls). I particularly liked the fact that there was a washing machine and tumble dryer and was pleasantly surprised to find that there were also washing tablets provided! The bathroom and en-suite were lovely and being able to have a soak in a nice hot bath after a day’s skiing was really appreciated. We didn’t really use the balcony, but were impressed by how big it was - we all agreed that it would be great in summer. The one criticism was the location which although only 10 minutes or so from the village centre, was up a steep hill all of the way (there was surprisingly a short lift near the bottom). That being said, the apartment is lovely and I would definitely recommend it. The check-in, -out process was very smooth.

Very spacious, clean and wonderful views.

Host was really amazing. Our flight was delayed and she did not hesitate to say the it was OK and that she did not mind waiting for us. Really wonderful stay, within walking distance from everywhere. Train station was nearby and an easy walk - even with luggage. I definitely recommend this apartment and would stay her again without a second thought.

Wonderful view, peaceful and quite surrounding.

Very clean clean apartment with all the necessities to make it a comfortable stay. They provided all the necessary above average toiletries for the entire stay. The kitchen had more than you would need dishes and cooking utensils. The stove was hard to figure out and had to look up instructions in the internet. The wifi was great. Loved this place, highly recommend and would definetly stay their again.
