On the shores of Lake Maggiore, the "Meltemi" and "Inverna" apartments have been recently renovated with care and attention and come with parking. The property is a prestigious building in the historic center, dating back to the early 1900s. From the balcony of both apartments, you can enjoy partial views of Lake Maggiore and the Alps. We are located just 50 meters from the "Trenord" train station (Laveno-Varese-Milan line) and the "Navigazione Laghi" ferry terminal, which provides easy access across the lake.

The Space
Each apartment, measuring 48 m², is located on the second floor with elevator access. They feature a private entrance, a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, a living room with a smart TV, and a balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, oven, stovetop, Italian coffee maker, hand blender, and bins for waste separation. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer.

Guests will find both apartments disinfected and sanitized in accordance with Covid-19 Protocols.
