The room was okay for the price. We couldn't have expected much better. However, the noise from other rooms made sleeping impossible. We could actually hear the conversation in the room next door - not muffled sounds - actual conversation. Staff was fine, but we didn't have much contact with them.

The manager was very friendly and kind but the rooms are outdated and needing lot of maintenance and did not match the online photos.Breakfast is bare minimum.

I checked in for one night in January and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The room I got had chips in the bed and the pillows were yellow and filthy. I went down to the desk to switch rooms, not too happy because I was exhausted and it was cold outside. They gave me a different room, which i appreciated. However, I had left some items up in my original room and had to go back to the front desk to have them let me back in to the first room to grab them. They did. Then I realized that I had left my cell phone in my first room and had to go BACK to the front desk to have them let me in again. The guy working the front desk actually said to me "You've already been back in here 2 times ma'am", as if I was doing something wrong. Guess what? I wouldnt have HAD to come back to the desk at all if I had been placed in a room that wasn't dirty! Another employee did apologize to me for his coworker's behavior when I checked out the next day, but I don't appreciate being shamed for having to deal with an inconvenience THEY caused. I'll never stay here again.

Had to take room on 2nd floor with outside steps and entry. They were updating lower floor rooms. No elevator. I am slightly handicapped, so I don't recommend for HC folks. Otherwise everything else was okay. Very small room though. Expedia app said breakfast included, but there was no breakfast.

I was here out of state working. It stated it had breakfast at 6am. The photos are very deceiving. The breakfast was grab and go at the office. The office was not open some days at 6 or 7 am.

The staff were amazing and doing the best they could in the situation. But when I arrived for check in I was informed they didn’t have working room keys so each time I wanted to get in the room I had to get in touch with them to be let in. Was staying in town for NYE so was obviously going to be coming in late at night. Which I did inform the staff of when I checked in and they again did their absolute best to accommodate but it still wound up with me waiting in the cold to have my room I paid for unlocked. If this had been communicated somehow I probably wouldn’t have booked here and I would hesitate to do so in the future.

We had some problem with our key card machine and could not get it repaired for 4 days. We have always maintained to serve the guests as quickly as possible.We did not keep you waiting more than 2 minutes and quickly served you.
