This house built in 2021, from a former winery, consists of a living/dining room/kitchen, a sleeping area with 2 bedrooms and a garden.
You will appreciate the large living room, facing South West, which consists of a living room, a dining room open to the fully equipped kitchen.
Le Chai Bel Air has a master bedroom (double bed), a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom (shower) and separate toilet.
You will enjoy the outdoor facilities for your meals or moments of relaxation: wooden terrace equipped with garden furniture for a drink or for reading, furniture (table and chairs) for your meals in the sun or in the shade of the parasol, plancha, and deckchairs
The garden is embellished with an olive tree, and it is fully enclosed with a pretty rubble stone wall.
The house is ideally located, at the crossroads of the cycle paths which will take you to the Plage du Gros Jonc (large sandy beach supervised in summer), in the heart of the village of Bois-Plage-en-Ré for your daily market, two steps from the historic capital of the Ile de Ré, St Martin-de-Ré.
You can park up to two vehicles within the grounds of the property.
Note that the house has a socket for recharging electric vehicles.
