House close to the town centre of the Château and therefore to the Phibie beach. Nicely furnished and decorated, it consists of a living room (lounge, kitchen) and 3 bedrooms, one of which is in an outbuilding, separate from the rest of the house with its washbasin and toilet. In the main body, 2 bedrooms, therefore, with 1 bathroom and a toilet and a master suite with its own toilet. The kitchen is open, with induction hob. Television in the lounge and internet. On the terrace or in the shed, a large garden table that can be placed in the sun or shade. The main house, including the 2 bedrooms, are air-conditioned.

Also available is all the baby equipment (travel cot, high chair, bathtub, reducer, potty, cutlery).

Two cars can be easily parked within the house grounds, all complemented by a garage that can accommodate and shelter bicycles. The house is exactly 1 km on foot from the town centre, market and restaurants, as well as 1 km from the Phibie beach, which is suitable for both adults and children. A supermarket is 250m from the house. The nearest cycle path to Ors, Grand Village and others is 200m from the house. Depending on your dates of stay and booking channel, a tourist tax may be charged in addition to the rental price. Ideal holiday location for a family. Excellent séjour à Oleron

La maison est confortable, moderne extrêmement bien équipée pour l’extérieur comme pour l’intérieur notamment en ce qui concerne les objets de puériculture (lit parapluie, baignoire, pot, réducteur, rehausseur, chaise haute). Nous nous y sentions très bien et cela était par ailleurs bien agréable de trouver une maison parfaitement nettoyée. Nous recommandons vivement!
