Come and discover Le Croisic for your next holiday on the coast! Stay in this charming house located within a quiet residence, which can accommodate up to two adults and two children.
Enjoy the sea air: the beach is just 900 m away! A pleasant outdoor space with a terrace will allow you to enjoy your meals outdoors during the summer.
To cool off, a swimming pool is also available in the residence, open from 15 June to 15 September.
Upon your arrival in the house, you will discover on the ground floor the living room area, dining room and kitchen with direct access to the garden. The living room has a games console if you wish to play as a family on the television. The kitchen is fully equipped: you will find everything necessary for cooking as well as an oven, a microwave, a kettle, an espresso coffee maker, a toaster and a dishwasher.
Upstairs, you will access the two bedrooms, the first equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and the second with a bunk bed, ideal for children. A bathroom is also located upstairs, with a hairdryer available. A toilet is available, where you will also find the washing machine in the same space.
Ideally located for families and close to the sea, the rental is located at:

- 400 m from the "Intermarché" supermarket,
- 750 m from the restaurant "L' Adresse",
- 850 m from the restaurant "Crêperie Le Bot",
