In a quiet and secure residence, we offer you a stay in a villa located in the pretty town of Diamant, in the south of Martinique.
Its unique location by the sea will offer you an exceptional panoramic view.
At the bend of a small tropical garden, you arrive on a large private terrace, not overlooked, partially shaded with views of the Bay of Chery.
A true haven of peace, you will also enjoy its comfort while being close to the shops and restaurants of the village of Diamant.
You will have access to a small private beach 2 min. on foot and the possibility of mooring your boat in the bay opposite the house.
All the rooms in the house are well ventilated.
At the end of the day, you will sit comfortably in its outdoor lounge or on deckchairs at aperitif time.
Charcoal barbecue available.
The villa offers an interesting starting point to discover the most beautiful beaches in the south of Martinique as well as many attractions around the marinas of Le Marin and Trois-Ilets.
Detailed layout:
- Two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds. Fans and mosquito nets (if necessary). A cot can be made available.
- A fully equipped kitchen (fridge / freezer, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, electric mixer, citrus juicer and many kitchen accessories)
- A bathroom with bath, WC, washing machine
- A large living room with a comfortable sofa bed (possibility of an additional bed), flat screen TV, radio CD mp3 player
- A terrace of approx. 45 m2 with large dining table, sun loungers (and mattresses), outdoor sofa and coffee table, BBQ
- A separate WC on the ground floor
- An outdoor shower for returning from the beach
