This charming 85 m² air-conditioned flat in Le Gosier, less than a kilometre from the beach, can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 34 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large private balcony. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, hammock, dishwasher, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron, raclette machine...

Outside:
- A large private balcony with furniture to enjoy sunny days.

The flat is ideally located in Le Gosier, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

The town of Le Gosier, located on the south coast of the Grande-Terre island, is one of Guadeloupe's main tourist destinations.

- Aquarium de la Marina: the largest aquarium in the Caribbean with 80 species of fish and 50 species of coral.
- L'Anse Tabarin with its saltwater swimming pool for swimming, sailing and kayaking.
- Plage de la Datcha, Plage du Petit-Havre and many others.
- Fort Fleur d'Epée: fortification listed as a Historic Monument.
- Night market every Friday evening along the town's two main streets.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park easily in front of the flat.

To get around the island, we recommend you hire a car. You can also get around by public transport or taxi.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
