The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a secure residence, without an elevator, and offers 5 sleeping arrangements for a comfortable stay. This property also includes private parking and a dock for your boat, a great addition for water sports enthusiasts.
The interior features a spacious, light-filled living area, air-conditioned, with direct access to a lovely terrace with an amazing view of the Port of Plaisance, the largest pleasure harbor in Europe. The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle to prepare your meals in comfort.
The spacious and modern bathroom comes with an Italian-style shower and a separate WC.
The extra: A private parking space reserved for your vehicle.
A set of sheets for a double bed and 4 bath towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the reservation.
