This luxury apartment is located in a stunning location, St Clair Beach.
The apartment is literally 50 m away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. The access to the beach is made directly from the garden, as are the local shops, restaurants, private beaches and bar. The apartment itself is located on the ground floor of a charming residence with private and secure parking. Recently renovated with design and beautiful materials to the highest standards. including high speed internet , air conditioning , flat screen TV and DVD player , fully equipped state of the art kitchen including dish washer , oven , induction cooking plates , toaster , kettle , cutlery etc . An electrical WEBER barbecue is located in the garden as well as sun lounges and a direct access to the brand new tennis court . The garden terrace is a haven of peace. South facing, it's perfect for relaxing in the sun or enjoying lovely meals and barbecues.
