The house, rated "very comfortable," is single-story and detached, located on the heights of the hamlet, close to the owners' property. It features a shared vegetable garden and a terrace with a private view from the bedroom or outside. The property is enclosed and secure. Large living room with fully equipped open kitchen, panoramic views of the hamlet, the valley, and the church. The living room and other rooms feature oriental decor (high-quality 160 cm leather sofa bed, flat-screen TV, wood-burning stove, etc.). The bedroom has a cozy Scheherazade view (one high-quality 160 cm bed) opening onto the terrace and vegetable garden. The mezzanine features two extra 90 cm beds for young people. Please note that standing is not permitted on the mezzanine. All bedding is high-quality. There is a bathroom (walk-in hydromassage shower and Canadian infrared sauna for 3 people) and a separate toilet.

Gentle radiant heating with infrared stones. Linens, sheets, and water (8 kWh/day) are included. Beyond this, there is an energy supplement (€0.30/kWh consumed depending on the consumption of the dedicated meter).

A secure electric charging station is available in the parking lot (optional), billed according to consumption (dedicated meter).
