Charming fisherman's house tastefully renovated. It is ideal for a family of 4. Possibility of additional sleeping in the living room, comfortable new sofa bed. The living room is large (40m2), clear and pleasant. It is through and a large picture window gives access to the garden terrace. The living room consists of a lounge area with 2 sofas, an armchair, a large coffee table, a TV (Orange subscription), a dining area, and the kitchen. The kitchen, with a central island, is equipped with quality household appliances. 4 electric ceramic hobs, large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, classic filter coffee machine and Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster. The 2 bedrooms, in a row, have, for one 2 bunk beds, and for the other 1 double bed of 150x200, they both overlook the garden, quiet. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a washing machine. Separate WC. The courtyard and the garden are sunny. Garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs are available. Free parking nearby. Baby equipment available. Free WIFI. Household included. Sheets and towels provided.

The house is ideally located in the heart of Pouliguen, close to the train station, the port, the beaches (wide range of water sports), the promenade and the woods. It is 300 meters from the market (Tuesday, Friday, Sunday) and the halls (open every day). All shops, restaurants nearby, library and cinema. Nice environment in this pleasant family seaside resort.

In July and August: 1 week minimum from Saturday to Saturday.

Bon Séjour à proximité du centre et de la plage

L'emplacement est vraiment le point fort de cette maison, tout est faisable sans voiture . Le Pouligen est vraiment très joli. Concernant la maison, la propreté n'était pas au rendez vous, le jardin n'est pas entretenu et la literie est mauvaise. Sinon tout est à disposition dans la maison , il manque juste un point d'eau exterieur.

Une maison très agréable, cosy et proche de toutes les commodités à pieds. Très bien équipée également. Le lit fait à l’arrivée, le linge de toilette à disposition et le ménage de fin de séjour compris dans le prix final sont très appréciables.

Location idéale au bord de la mer

Idéal pour un couple avec 2 enfants, tout est fait pour eux (équipement pour bébé complet ). Maison avec l'équipement de base pour passer un agréable séjour à proximité d'une grande plage, au centre ville, les courses se font à pied. Nous gardons l'adresse pour un prochain séjour.
