Belle maison de ville rénovation récente

La maison de Céline est trÚs bien située proche du centre du Pouliguen (marché, restos, plage, promenade...). La maison est bien équipée et la décoration soignée. Le patio est agréable. La place de parking est un plus appréciable en saison.

Retour d'expérience.

Maison agrĂ©able et propre car elle venait d'ĂȘtre entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©e. Par contre le point trĂšs nĂ©gatif ce sont les poubelles se situant sur le parking du port juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la maison. Tous les matin vers 5h30/6h nous avions droit Ă  un rĂ©veil matinal sans compter le bruit concernant les allĂ©es et venues sur ce parking. Tard ou tĂŽt. Le logement pour 6 personnes compter 2 tables, une en intĂ©rieures et une en extĂ©rieures pour 4 personnes. NĂ©anmoins l'emplacement nous permettais de tout faire Ă  pied pour se rendre au port 'parking du port'. Je pense que par rapport au prix il aurait pu ĂȘtre spĂ©cifiĂ© ces nuisances du Ă  la proximitĂ© du parking et des poubelles. Tres belle ville du pouliguen.
