Full of charm, the villa combines authenticity (Caribbean-style barbecue, patio for lounging in the pool, garden) and comfort (air conditioning in the three bedrooms, fitted kitchen, TV).

The pool 5 x 3m, equipped with an automatic cleaning system is ideal temperature all year round. Since the hut 6 × 4m Attached you will enjoy the magnificent view to the west on the countryside and the lake, east of the hills and the Atlantic Ocean.

The site itself is quite exceptional: the beach of the Pointe Faula, one of the most beautiful of the island, is only 5min. Main spot of Martinique for water activities, you can practice kitesurfing, windsurfing, jet skiing, jet skiing or even rent a boat. Ideal for children with its shallow lagoon, the beach offers the opportunity to relax in peace.

You will also discover the charming city of Vauclin, with its authentic market facing the sea: fruits, vegetables, fish all fresh sins lobsters. It was also Vauclin you will find shops, services and restaurants. The area itself is full of places to visit (the Sailor, first marina in the Caribbean is 8km away) and activities (starting point of the coastal hiking trails, tree climbing, mini golf riding centers offering rides riding along the beaches).

bel emplacement avec du potentiel

Les photos de l'annonce font rêver. L'emplacement et le lotissement sont agréables, et la maison a beaucoup de potentiel. La communication a été facile et efficace. Le seul point négatif est que globalement un bon coup de maintenance/raffraichissement serait nécessaire à la totalité du bien afin de retrouver les prestations attendues depuis les photos (salles de bain, joints, mobilier....)

Séjour dans l'ensemble agréable

Nous avons passé Noël dans cette charmante maison. Le quartier résidentiel est calme. Possibilité de partir marcher dans les environs. Nous avons été un peu déçu en arrivant car les photos laissaient présager que la maison était installée au bord d'un lac et que l'espace autour de la maison était plus grand. Par ailleurs le wifi ne fonctionnait presque pas et dans certaines pièces de la maison il n'y en avait pas du tout. Dans l'ensemble malgré ces petits points négatifs nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. La ville du Vauclin est ne ville très agréable!

Nous avons passé 1 belle semaine en famille dans cette villa. Propreté et accueil absolument impeccable ! Très belle vue, au calme, bien équipée, bien située pour visiter l'île. Un peu chère tout de même.
