Thank you for staying with us and providing your feedback! We are so pleased you enjoyed our quiet hotel! While we are just 1 mile from the Downtown area, that short distance provides us with our own little oasis with great views, less light pollution for star gazing, and as you noted, quiet. We hope you visit us again soon!

Beds Were bad

Dear Peggy,I am so sorry that you did not like our beds. I know they are not everyone's cup of tea. Some guests love them, and some hate them. I am truly sorry that you fall into the latter category rather than the former. Other than that if there is anything else you would like to share with us about your stay, we would love to hear from you so we can grow and do better for future guests.

Just enough for my ski weekend

A good stay if you're in town to ski for the weekend and don't plan on hanging around the hotel. Rooms are kind of dark and they have shampoo, but no conditioner. A tad overpriced for what it provides, but was just enough for my 2 night stay.

Bad night's sleep

Hotel needs to figure out third party booking and update basic comforts. Curtains don't block out any light and walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors breathing.

This property is very dated. Popcorn ceilings, tight space and no closet. Never was given internet. The shower had not been cleaned in some time. The dirt on the top of it was thick and black. Even a left over bar of soap from who knows when. If you can’t find any other place, then I guess this works.

Great deal for a bed in Leadville. Hotel is not convenient to town. Breakfast offerings a joke. But the worst part were the bedbugs.

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that our hotel did not meet your expectations. I am concerned about your bed bug complaint. We have a pest control company that comes to treat our hotel for many different pests as a preventative measure. We get spiders, and sometimes an occasional mouse in the building, but bed bugs have not been an issue for us. We check rooms regularly for them. We will double check the room you stayed in to make sure there is not a problem and take necessary steps to mitigate any issues we find. Have a great day!
