Backcountry Cabin

Very private cabin on 5 acres within a mile and a half from downtown Leavenworth. Big deck with views up the chumstick valley. Log cabin has a ski chalet charm very quite watch stars at night on the large deck.Great weekend get away. 3 bedroom 2 bath full kitchen great spot for a base camp for day hikes, mountain bike trail located next to property.Enjoy all the actives the Leavenworth has to offer.During winter month’s it is highly recommend the you have a 4x4 or chains to access driveway

Cozy Cabin with Family!

This was a great place and cozy cabin in the woods for our New Years trip to Leavenworth. Bedrooms and living area are on the second floor. Steep stairs to second level. One bathroom is on the first level and also a second cozy tv area. Lovely outdoor area would be great in summer. The driveway you keep going up. We arrived in the dark but found the road no problem. However, we we’re thankful for our 4x4 with the snow. The cabin had everything that we needed. We had a wonderful time!

Fun little cabin!

We had a bit of a hiccup initially with getting into the property but the owner and property manager were incredibly responsive and it was resolved within minutes of arriving. They were awesome! The cabin is located on a dirt road that was hard to find using google maps but the directions from the instructions made it easier. The cabin is very cute, clean and everything we needed for our weekend. It was HOT in Leavenworth but the portable AC units and fans made it bearable. Thanks for a great stay!

Terrible

Horrible property, we did not stay here. The property was not ready on-time, when the host claimed it was finally ready it had a potentially lethal propane leak. We left immediately. The host was disrespectful and unreliable. It is mis advertised, property is not useable or secluded. It borders a 'crack looking trailer' and is 50 feet from another ran down mobile. There was no response from VRBO per the emergency contact. VRBO is refusing to refund me. I am in the process of filing a lawsuit over this property. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Great cabin for our short stay in Leavenworth

Nice cabin that fit our 6 person family very well for the two days we were there. It was really hot while we were there (102+) and the cabin stayed relatively cool with the provided room A/C. Great balcony for watching stars which was a priority for us during the Perseids. The surrounding property is being developed so it really wasn't a place to do any hiking or exploring from, however that was not a problem for us since we were using the cabin as just a starting point for activities in Leavenworth.

Long Summer Weekend

Amazing location for proximity to Leavenworth and Lake Wenatchee. Private spot up a gravel driveway. A couple people living in housing along the driveway, but aside from a friendly dog coming by one evening, no interaction and it still felt private. Cool cabin and had ac units running as it was a heat wave. Comfortable. Great kitchen and common area and really great deck. Check-in was easy and nice to have laundry downstairs. Could set up an air mattress in downstairs room if needed.

Great Getaway Cabin

Really nice cabin with room for everyone. So close to Leavenworth, but tucked away in it's own little area so you wouldn't know how close you are. There's a few cars/trailers on the lane up, but the cabin is pretty much on it's own with plenty of space for everyone. Huge front porch with a nice view, nice kitchen/living room area that is really open and easy to gather in. The pictures don't really do it justice. The host was really helpful and the place was stocked with everything you could need or might forget. Fun, quiet, and relaxing little place!

Nicely appointed cabin with plenty of space to spread out for families and friends. Beautiful view of Chumstick Valley from large deck with a nice motorized awning to provide reprieve from the sun on comfy outdoor furniture.

Great place to escape to but no wifi!

This property was clean and easy to check into. It provided a nice relaxing stay with a nice surrounding area. I highly recommend this place as long as you aren't trying to get a lot of work done on the internet (there is not wifi in this cabin)

Nice cabin

Everything was great. Our dogs enjoyed the property as much as we did. The only thing is that it would be nice to have the address number on the turn. We basically missed our entrance every time but other than that we had a great time celebrating our wedding anniversary.

Cozy casual cabin

Close proximity to downtown was great, our family played games watched VHS movies, and shared lots of laughs at this cozy cabin. Two bedrooms in the loft, one on main floor worked well. There are steps as this is a tri level and in the winter you need a 4x4 to get up the hill. As long as you have that you will really like this hillside retreat! The owner was excellent at answering any questions prior and during our stay! Thanks Bob!!

Perfect spot to avoid the crowds

Firstly, Bob is a really great guy and was extremely responsive with answering questions. He’s in the process of making some more modern upgrades to the cabin, but he’s kept the perfect balance of functionality and the old school charm most cabin seekers are looking for. The cabin couldn’t be in a better location to avoid the crowds. It’s only a 5 minute drive to downtown but you have 100% privacy with gorgeous views. We left feeling rather jealous that Bob has found such a perfect vacation property :) My family loved staying here and we look forward to staying there again in the future.
