Stunningly situated on a quiet two aces with beautiful alpine views, this home is perfect for your next Leavenworth getaway! While this home feels away from it all, it's close to many activities and town. Walk a quarter of a mile to the Eagle Creek Winery & Tasting Room to enjoy an afternoon on the patio overlooking the vineyard. Head just three miles up the road to Eagle Creek Ranch for a guided horseback ride along the trails of the Eagle Creek area and Wenatchee National Forest. Downtown Leavenworth is only five miles away, this Bavarian-inspired town boasts year-round festivals, wine-tasting, breweries, shopping, dining, spa services, and several white water rafting guides. In the winter months, enjoy Leavenworth's Ski Hill or the many local Nordic trails. Stevens Pass Mountain Resort and Mission Ridge are only 40 miles away in each direction.
Listen to Eagle Creek babble as it winds through the property, along with a path for nature walks, snowshoeing, or summertime picnics. After a day of exploring, return home and cozy up in front of one of the two gas fireplaces or soak in the primary bath's jetted tub. Gaze up at the brilliant stars at night from the wrap-around deck or enjoy a summer barbecue. Challenge friends or family to a game of shuffleboard or play darts in the private game room.
THINGS TO KNOW
Due to local vacation rental codes, there is a strict maximum of 6 people, including children and babies, for this rental. House Rules: No smoking of any kind allowed, anywhere on property. No parties are allowed, and no noise after 10 pm. No fireworks, sparklers, firecrackers, etc., anywhere on property. These rules must be strictly adhered to or guests will face eviction without refund. Cell phone service limited; Wi-fi calling and a landline phone provided.
House at Eagle Creek and Retreat at Eagle Creek can be rented together as House and Retreat at Eagle Creek.
Note: Because this home is in a rural area, there are chickens and a couple dogs that roam freely in the neighborhood. These dogs are very friendly and love to be petted.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Security camera details: Camera located in the locked off office next near front door (office is not available to guests) and points only out the window to porch and driveway.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
