Room was very clean but the noise from the road was bad. Was surprised that the only chair in the room was a desk chair. Need additional chairs. The staff were really good.

Property looks new (renovated). This is the first time I have gone barefoot in a hotel room. So clean. Smells great. Very refreshing. It is in a small town with beautiful hills/mountains surrounding it. But, the town does not have much to offer. So, a pretty, outdoor seating area would be great. Most IHG hotels I have been to have such a place. Staff were pleasant and made me feel genuinely welcome. I will definitely stay again.

Our room was great. Clean and comfortable. We would stay here again. The breakfast was more than we expected. Many choices, not the usual continental breakfast that is offered other places. Nice hot meals, coffee, juices, eggs, bacon, sausage.

Facilities looked like new, the room had a nice design and beds were comfortable, staff was good. We had trouble with a refrigerator but they fixed it quickly. I give them two stars because we saw a cockroach in the bathroom and I hate those bugs.
