It is on the ground floor but bright and has a beautiful equipped garden in the rear part. Recently renovated, it has beautiful star-vaulted ceilings and is very bright. Despite being very central, it is in a pedestrian street and protected from traffic and noise. It has a large living area made up of two star vaults. The house is 160 m2 plus 55 m2 of garden. .
