L`Artista del Mare is an autonomous and independent solution, with a fenced garden, accessed by a gate for cars.
A spacious veranda equipped with table and chairs allows for outdoor dining.

and well furnished. The entrance is into a furnished living room with
open kitchen, dining room and 1 double sofa bed.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, including 1 double and 1 twin with single beds. Completing the house is 1 shower room.

vacation cottage is located in Torre Chianca, one of Lecce`s marinas
with beautiful sandy beaches located along the Adriatic coast of
Salento. The house is only 100 meters from the sea.
The nearest
equipped lido is Maluha Bay. Nearby, there is the square on which a rich
and varied market is held every Sunday. Also very close by is a
playground.
In Torre Chianca there are several markets, bars and
pizzerias. Very characteristic is the Foce del fiume Idume with dock and
beach, less than a 1-km walk away. The city of Lecce is about 12 km
away.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in Via Silvio Pellico 23 - Lecce (at the agency Lupiae Vacanze).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
