On arrival our room wasn’t available so we were upgrades to the next room as it was 7pm. Room Was clean and spacious. However theu have automatic lights in the bathroom which is next to the bed so every time you need to use the bathroom during the night the bedroom would light up and can’t turn the light off! So lead to a poor nights sleep. More concerning is the hotels food hygiene and safety! Upon going down to breakfast I noticed the so called chef put cooked cold sausages on the counter for them to be dumped into a hot plate
 no prob for temperature and I could clearly see theses sausages and bacon where cold!! Upon complaining I was looked at like I have 3 heads and didn’t know what I was talking about even though I am a trained chef!! I complained to the manager who didn’t seem at all concerned and couldn’t understand why this was a safety issue! My partner sausage was a whopping 33degrees which is smack bag in the danger zone for food bacteria and food poisoning. These sausage still got served even though they should have been instantly removed
 they did say they were going to re probe everything
 all through fake smiles and not a care in the world! I’ve asked for a refund on they bacteria filled food but nothing!! Not even an apology. Disgusting and I hope the other customer don’t end up really ill. Oh and fire alarm went off and was evacuated without even a reason!!

We were really impressed by Hyatt House Leeds and will definitely look to stay again on our next visit to the city. The room we had was spacious and comfortable. We slept really well. We were pleased to be given a room at the end of the corridor. The kitchen was well appointed. The bathroom has space to put your things out, and there was a shelf inside the shower which is so often missing in hotels. We had a decent sized couch facing a large tv. We didn’t make use of it but I thought it was cool the tv could be turned around to face either the couch or the bed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, we both had a fantastic sleep. Breakfast offered a decent range. Bacon, eggs, sausages, black pudding, hash browns. Cereals, toast, yoghurts and surprisingly good mini pain au chocolat. The breakfast room was huge and we were able to have a quiet breakfast without anyone really around us. I also used the gym and thought it was good by hotel standards. There was a decent range of equipment that all seemed pretty new. I’m not sure when the hotel opened but everything seemed quite new. The guy who checked us in mumbled a lot and wasn’t particularly friendly.

We stayed in a studio suite and the room was brilliant, literally had everything you need in the kitchenette. Clever TV unit for watching in bed or from the sofas. Breakfast was included and plentiful. Happily stay again.

The hotel is located in perfect location to enjoy walking through the main areas of Leeds. The university of Leeds is 17 mins away, the main student housing area is 15mins, the main shopping and dining areas are 7mins away and both train station and bus stations are close as well. It was a very nice hotel for longer stays with a full kitchen. The only complaint was the internet strength. There is a dead spot in my room where there was no wifi signal. It made it difficult to work during the afternoons as I was on eastern time zone for work while I was there. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay.

Great location in the middle of Leeds, close to the station so came by train to avoid the hassle and expense of parking. Room was spacious, everything is new and and good quality stuff. Only stayed one night but will be going back. Good breakfast too.

Great overnighter in Leeds!

A fairly new hotel, and you can tell! We stayed in Hyatt House which was a cute little studio suite with basic cooking facilities and honestly cannot fault the stay. The room was spacious, fresh, modern, spotlessly clean with fab amenities. Felt like lots of thought has gone into providing a great traveller experience, rather than just ticking boxes. 10 out of 10 Hyatt House...will def recommend and stay again!

Beautiful hotel

We stayed in the suite for my husbands 30th birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had room service the first night and food was amazing, breakfast also was amazing. Easy check in and out process. The room was so clean and extremely spacious.
