Bed was really comfy, pillows were a bit soft . Amazing position in Leeds and only a short walk from main venues. Hotel was very modern and well maintained, staff were friendly and helpful

Stayed with my grandson after watching paw patrol. Lovely clean hotel in a perfect position next to the arena and the multi storey car park. It was my grandson birthday and as a lovely gesture they left a card, drinks and sweets.

Previous reviews set expectations and this place lived up to them. Would prefer parking but the discounted rate and accessibility made it very easy. Hotel was very clean, modern and comfortable. Had an excellent stay

The bed is so comfortable..the best in Leeds. Room is so clean & with aircon. Location is a dream & so close to restaurants & supermarkets. parking is excellent. Well worth the money & will stay again. Highly recommended.

The room was nice & clean, the staff were lovely, and the facilities were great. The room did smell a little weird but it was probably just some residual cleaning products that had been used. Check in and check out was very easy.

Terrible and not sure the room is fit for purpose

Arrived told we had been moved to another hotel, but discovered it was not pet friendly, we had booked a pet friendly room. Then a room was found for us, a small room, uncomfortable bed and could not open the window. But this was the same price as the room we booked! Woke up the next morning by an alarm and we both had really bad headaches.

Disappointed that we were not advised at check in to input our car registration in to the terminal. This meant that we had to pay £20 per car for parking which should have been £10.
