Villa Phaedra of Inoro villas offers an ideal getaway destination for those looking for privacy and total serenity, enjoying an elegant blend of comfortable living with all modern amenities within an unspoiled natural environment! Our villa benefits from being within walking distance from the picturesque traditional village of Katouna (500m), about 2.5kms away from the fishing village of Lygia and just 6kms from the town of Lefkada which is the entrance to the island.

The villa is 180sq.m. within a c. 1,500 sq.m. plot of land, surrounded by olive trees and lush vegetation. It features 4 delightfully decorated bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms/shower rooms and splits into two levels. The upper level hosts the villa’s main entrance, its living areas, two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms/shower and extra wc. The open plan kitchen is full of light, fully equipped with fitted appliances including 4 ceramic hobs, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso maker, juicer etc. The dining area and the sitting room with a fireplace enjoy plenty of space and some beautiful seaviews. There is a large veranda extending out of the dining and the seating areas with magnificent, panoramic views of sea views and olive groves, while the views reach right across to the mainland mountains. The lower floor features two bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms (one double and one twin bedroom). French doors from the lower floor open to reach a totally relaxing pool and garden area.

Sunbeds and sun umbrellas around the swimming pool (36sq.m.) offer the ideal setting for complete relaxation while kids may enjoy themselves in our playground (children’s house, slide, swing).

The villa is fully air conditioned, with satellite TV, DVD/CD player and wifi internet connection.

Beautiful Villa with Lovely Hosts

What a lovely place. The villa was spacious, modern, clean and all within pretty, well kept grounds and with a superb view. So quiet. The pool is excellent and the hosts Katerina and Gregory were really nice and very helpful. It would have been a bonus if the villa had outside stairs from the veranda down to the pool area as the only way to the pool was either down though the bedrooms or out of the front door and then around the side of the villa to the back. No complaints though - it was a fantastic place to stay.

Great stay at Lefkada

With seven people we spent a week in Katerina's villa at the beginning of April. We had a lovely vacation. The villa was totally clean and in mint condition. It looked just like the photos in the ad. The arrival was uncomplicated - we were welcomed in the village and drove together to the villa. After we were shown everything in the house in detail, we could enjoy the beautiful location and view. The landscape and surroundings are varied and invite you to explore. Although it was never discussed in advance, we got a free house cleaning from Katerina after four days - how nice is that? We can in all conscience recommend a stay at Inoro Villas to everyone! If we travel to this region again, Katerina will be our first contact. Thank you for a great vacation.

Perfect Hideaway

Fantastic Villa with all you need for a comfortable, relaxing holiday. Spacious throughout and fully fitted with all necessary appliances etc. Great outdoor area with large safe pool. Plenty of Sunbeds and seating areas for al fresco dining with separate Bar-B-Q area. Spotlessly clean and serviced mid week with Pool attended twice a week at least. Need a car if planning to get about the island as bit isolated on the hillside, however lovely quaint small village of Katouna has enough if you just want to relax and unwind. Great hosts, very helpful and sorted out all our family requirements. Thoroughly recommended.

Taddeo, Agosto 2017 (Gragnano, Napoli - italy) Casa stupenda di ottima finitura arredata con gusto e dotata di tutti i comfort, ubicata in zona verde di tipica macchia mediterranea con ulivi spettacolari. All'inizio l'accesso puĂČ sembrare leggermente disagiato ma poi ci si abitua e sicuramente ne vale la pena. I proprietati, Katerina e Gregory, sono di una gentilezza e cortesia unica sempre disponibili a qualsiasi esigenza. Sicuramente da consigliare per una vacanza in natura senza dover rinunciare a nessun tipo comfort. Spero di ritornarci quanto prima.

Marvellous Villa, fantastic team.

Marvellous Villa, brand new, well defined in all details, super comfortable. On a hill, but 15 min from Lefkada Town. Breathtaking views of Lefkada bay. We enjoyed a lot staying in the villa and the pool. A special thought for the service team.
