Superb luxury house at the tip of Cap-Ferret, in the heart of the popular 44h district, very well located in a quiet environment, close to the ocean (5 minutes walk) and the beaches of the basin 50 meters accessible by the garden (1 minute on foot).

THE HOUSE

The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms et a suite (with bath and WC) independent to access it you will have to go through the outside of the house. Perfect for spending family holidays thanks to its terrace et its 1400m2 garden

The interior is completely renovated and very comfortable, tastefully decorated. You will find a kitchen with quality equipment, spacious open to the living room and a bright dining area.

The house is perfectly suited to families, board games, children's books and a ping-pong table will be at your disposal.

You will find an office in the parental suite, which can allow telework, the wifi of the house working very well.

Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine will be at your disposal.

For reservations of more than one week, an intermediate and compulsory cleaning will be required (it will take an additional €65).

NO PARTIES ARE AUTHORIZED IN THIS ACCOMMODATION, noise pollution is to be avoided.

Chimney fires are prohibited in the house.

You can park on the street for free as well as in the garden.

ACCES

The house is located in the very sought after area of ??44 Hectares at Pointe du Cap-Ferret. Access to the beach from the bottom of the garden is possible, you just have to walk a few meters to enjoy the pool.
