We were completely disappointed! Advertised as Luxury Villa but it was far from that. In need of updating badly. Stained bedding, Sink taps really wobbly, no lights in stairway to upper level and it was completely dark. Curtains broken/torn out of rings. Just a tired place. Location was our error as did not do enough research, but not a good location for families to walk out of. I took photos but we did not get any compensation, we moved out after one night, paid for 7. Sad experience.

Great location but dated interior.
Publié le 24 oct. 2023 sur HotelsFamily holiday, while the stay was great and the staff amazing the villas did their job, okay handy location but far too much traffic noise, both Villa did come with a few issues but most were dealt with some were not possible, tiles broken in the pool, warm water in the shower, and wood around the pool needs replaced.
Overall for Bali it was decent enough but would prefer to stay in a quieter area and not hear mopeds 24/7
