The property is old but well maintained with all the facilities that any traveller could want. We stayed in a bungalow which was a great choice amongst the tropical gardens. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is great. The resort is within a short walk to terrific restaurants, if you don’t want to eat at the resort. The two pools are excellent and the beach is across the road for those who want that. Overall my wife and I had a fantastic stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Highly recommend staying here! The staff are so kind and willing to help. We got upgraded. The room is clean, you feel safe, buffet breakfast, and room service. Can’t recommend this place enough.

This hotel is excellent in most respects, staff are exceptional, cleanliness is great, a few minor problems. Most food in warming trays is cold, seems hard to get boiling water for tea. Food served poolside is usually cold. My favourite band has been limited to three or four nights.

We got upgraded to a garden villa on arrival which was fantastic especially staying with two teenage children. Having the two bathroom and lots of space was great. Lots of good food options just walking distance and shops. Hotel was clean and good pool for kids. I would stay again.

Spacious rooms.2 rooms for 2 adults and 2x 14yr olds.Requested 2 weeks in advance for rooms together but given room on 1st floor for kids and 4th floor for my friend and I.My room was only one on 4th which was great but the aircon faced window and not our bed so made for a hot sweaty sleep.Breakfast was amazing and pool, bar and restaurant food. 12:00 check out and access to a shower with towels before travel to airport that night. Really enjoyed our stay however kids had a connecting room to a family that was noisy. Would have been better suited to have the room next to them and that was my only disappointment when checking in as I had asked several times about rooms prior to travelling being together.

The staff are amazing, deluxe garden bungalow was comfortable, the extras included were great. Resort surroundings are.like being in paradise. Great location! Only negative would be the pool closes very early, a swim to cool off after a big evening in the heat would be great!

We had such a wonderful time here. Our kids loved the buffet, honestly the best we’ve ever seen, with something for everyone. The family pool was a huge hit, and the daily water polo was a highlight they looked forward to each day. The location is perfect, just a short stroll to great Bali bargains and directly across from the beach for those magical sunset drinks. We highly recommend Legian Beach Hotel for families. Daily fish feeding and squirrel feeding. We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed at this hotel due to its proximity to the beach.You have to cross an extremely busy street filled with motorcycles driving on the sidewalk to get there. Construction is going on next door. The beach view from the loungers is blocked by shanty bars and trinkets shops. The beach is full of plastic trash. So you stay at the pool. The bathroom by the pool bar smells forcing you to move upwind. The bell desk staff are rude and the bellman doing the airport transfer let us know how he doesn't like getting up in the morning to take people to the airport by complaining about how early we booked his service. Whats good. Not much except the breakfast and the friendly staff…except the bell staff.
