Start your morning with coffee on one of three decks, spend the afternoon soaking in the hot tub, and end the evening by the firepit under the stars. Decks span the back of the house on all three levels. Most bedrooms in the home have their own sliding glass door to enjoy the decks - and the sun sets in the back over the valley / lake, so you get to enjoy a beautiful sunset each night of your stay. The home was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The bedrooms, bathrooms, linens / towels, furniture - were all clean and fresh and high quality. The hot tub, grill, firepit - were all clean and actually worked! The main living area floor is an open floor plan, which is nice for large groups who are hanging out. I could go on and on. Explore our new outdoor stairs that overlook our extensive garden and handcrafted wooden sculptures of bald eagles, leading to a private walking trail (the trail does not lead to the lake).

Indoor Comfort:
Main Floor: This spacious 3,000 sq. ft. home welcomes you through the front entrance, leading to three inviting bedrooms, each with its own private deck entrance for a serene retreat in nature.

Master bedroom #1 boasts a TV, a king-size bed, and a private bathroom entrance. Master bedroom #2 features a queen-size bed and a private bathroom entrance. Bedroom #3 offers a queen-size bed and twin-size bunk beds.

Upper Floor: Enjoy the main living room, dining area, kitchen, office room, half-bathroom, entrance to the loft (accessible via wooden stairs next to the fireplace), and sliding doors leading to the top-level deck, complete with a Weber BBQ Grill (propane included) and two outdoor seating areas.

Downstairs: Find bedroom #4 with a queen-size bed and bedroom #5 with bunk beds (twin on top and full-size bed on the bottom with a pull-out trundle bed for extra space). The second living room includes a TV, a sectional couch, and a foosball table. A full bathroom and sliding door entrance lead to the lower-level deck, providing access to the swinging chairs, hot tub, firepit area, outdoor stairs, and garden.

Our home is nestled by Beltzville Lake and State Park. Did you know that Beltzville Lake is protected by the Pa Wildlife Association? This means there are no true lakefront homes on Beltzville Lake, and we are the first layer of homes on the border!

Are you into Fishing?!
Fishing enthusiasts will be delighted to know that Beltzville Lake is stocked with warm-water and cold-water game fish and panfish, including Trout, Striped bass, Largemouth and smallmouth bass, Walleye, Muskellunge, Perch, and more. Below the dam, Pohopoco Creek is designated as a Class A Wild Trout Stream by the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission.

All guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form that we will send you once you book. Within this form, you must provide: your full name, contact information, form of ID, and the names and ages of all guests.

Parking; Maximum of 6 cars allowed in the driveway.

Policies:
No Fireworks
No smoking inside the home
No events, parties, or large gatherings
Primary renter must be 26 or older; no groups of young adults under 26 yrs. old

Pets:
There is a $150 flat fee for dogs, a maximum of 2 dogs. No other pets are allowed. Must provide age and breeds as you book, must be fully house-trained, and we do not allow puppies. It must not be left unattended inside. All outdoor droppings picked up.

Your safety and the well-being of our home are of utmost importance. We have exterior security cameras for added security.
