Everything was clean and set up nice. The pool was closed for the winter which we excepted but the girls did enjoy the hot tub. We would recommend it to other family’s for their get togethers. Will was great to work with.

Property was as described. Great location. Comfy beds, extra sheets and pillows and towels. Every appliance you could want including a giant frig/freezer in kitchen and extra one in garage with coolers to use. Our dog enjoyed lounging on the back patio. Hot tub was great at night before bed. Slept like a baby. TV’s all worked well and there was plenty of room for the 7 of use to stretch out. Best thing is each bedroom had a king bed and a full bathroom with the best showers. Would stay again especially when pool is open.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful & equipped with everything you need. We used the gas grill several times. There are beautiful trees, plants, and flowers in the yard. The salt water pool is heated and sparkling clean. We enjoyed using the floats we brought and listening to the birds & watching the butterflies. The hot tub is large & really helped us relax before bedtime. Bill is an outstanding host!!! We hope to book again next year to celebrate our anniversary.

We stayed at this house to celebrate my sister turning 50 with the swimming pool & boardgames. I was blown away with this house. Bill has everything you need for your stay. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash already in the showers. All kinds of video games. A great swimming pool and hot tub. Communication with Bill was easy. He was a wonderful host!

This house was exactly what we needed! It's the perfect spot to entertain, the open kitchen to the living room made it perfect to graze food, and have the football games on. And lets not forget about the amazing pool and hottub. Plenty of towels, floats and even a fun ring toss game! The best part of the stay though had to be the beds.....probably the most comfortable mattress, sheets, pillows and comforter we have ever felt! To the point that every couple looked up the brands so we could order for ourselves! I highly recommend this house!

Perfect getaway

The house was incredible! Very clean and had everything and anything you could need. Pool guy came the day we arrived so the pool was very clean and heated perfectly for us. The backyard was exquisite. VERY comfortable beds and pillows. Bill was an amazing and attentive host!

Amazing Home Away From Home!

Such a lovely property! We stayed here while visiting family and really enjoyed it. It was unseasonably cool during our visit so we didn't get to enjoy the pool but the outdoor space is fantastic. The hot tub is amazing and was much appreciated since it was so cold. Great entertaining space and room to spread out. Three very nice and spacious bedrooms all with their own bathrooms! The kitchen is well equipped with upgraded appliances, lots of cookware and utensils makes for preparing and serving food a breeze. Well supplied and laid out VRBO! We will stay here again when we get back to Kansas.
