Villa built in 1980, kitchen-living room, utility room, room with fireplace, living room/meeting room, vestibule, bedroom with double bed and a private toilet/shower, three bedrooms with 2 beds in each (+ 2 with extra beds). The extra beds are foldable mattresses. Sauna, washing room, dressing room and terrace.

In the villa there is electric heating and air source heat pump for heating and cooling. The villa has four toilets and three showers. Free wireless internet access. DVD/Blu-ray. In the yard garage and parking place for four cars, in addition asphalted parking for 5 cars 50 m away.

There is a wood-fired hot tub for rent by advance booking / payment. The tub is for 8 persons and it will be delivered to the cottage by separate agreement. The tub comes with a thermometer, instructions for use, and accessories for indoor cleaning. Ask more about availability, book in advance! Note! The person in charge of the booking must be at least 25 years old. Please specify if you want to book a cottage for parties. Catering services available by separate agreement.

Well-equipped villa on rocky peninsula next to the Konnus channel. The another same size cottage 10211 Unnukkamaja on the peninsula.

Spa Vesileppis and ski arena 8 km away.
In the area there are good hiking and fishing possibilities.
By the shore there is a small rocky island with a bridge connection.

Fishing permits required also for the local waters (Koirus-Sotkanvirta fishing permit area).

Boat dock for larger boats near the hiking trail. The plot has beachline of 2 km (to the plot belongs also cottage 10211).

For extra charge smoke sauna (not for rent during winter time beginning of November till end of April): shower, changing room with a kitchenette. Outdoor toilet. Note! Smoke sauna can be rented only if it is not rented by cottage 10211.
