The house is composed on the first level of an entrance serving a toilet as well as the garage.
Continuing on, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large dining room where you can enjoy all your meals for up to 16 people.
The living room is equipped with a pellet stove, and opens onto a large terrace with brazier, breathtaking view of Lake Matemale and the mountain range.
Upstairs, a landing serving 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet:
- 1st bedroom: a 160 bed
- 2nd bedroom: a 140 bed + a 90 bunk bed
- 3rd bedroom: a 140 bed + two 90 bunk beds
On level -1: a large living room with a huge sofa and television, two bathrooms, a separate toilet and a dormitory (two 140 bunk beds + three 90 bunk beds).
The living room also opens onto a large terrace.
You can park two to three cars in front of the garage, which is only used to store your equipment if necessary.
A shuttle stop is located at the end of the street.
ALL HOUSEHOLD LINEN (SHEETS + TOWELS) AS WELL AS DEPARTURE CLEANING ARE INCLUDED FOR RENTAL OF ONE WEEK MINIMUM.
