Located on the heights of the Mont Chéry slope, just 5 minutes by car from the centre of Les Gets, I invite you to visit this semi-detached chalet of approximately 84 m², completely renovated in 2023.
The chalet consists of two levels.
On the upper level, there is an entrance, a large living and dining room, a pleasant, fitted and equipped kitchen. All these rooms open onto an angled balcony facing SOUTH-EAST, allowing you to admire the view and nature.
At the lower level, there are two interconnected rooms opening onto the lower terrace. The larger of the rooms has a trundle bed that can be unfolded into two single beds. Chalet with a maximum capacity of 6 people.
A garage serving as a laundry room, pantry, or which can be converted into an office completes the property.
Outdoor parking spaces.
Non-smoking chalet - Pets prohibited.
