Ideally located in the charming district of La Chaume, you will be 1 minute walk from the market, the quays and its restaurants.
Stroll through the typical alleys of this district and pedal along the paths by the sea or in the salt marshes.
It is the perfect place to rest and enjoy the attractions of the seaside.

At the entrance, you have an outdoor courtyard with an alcove fitted out with a lounge, perfect for relaxing in the shade.

On the ground floor, the house consists of:
- a fitted and equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hob, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, fridge, freezer and a dishwasher.
- a dining area with a beautiful table
- a lounge area with a large TV and a convertible sofa (140*190)

Upstairs you will find:
- a bedroom with a bunk bed (140*190 and 90*90) with games and books suitable for young and old children
- a master bedroom with a 160*200 bed
- a shower room equipped with a towel dryer and a hair dryer
- a separate toilet

In the outside courtyard, there is an annex room where there is a laundry room with a toilet and the washing machine.

At your disposal:

Maison à la Chaume très agréable

Une maison en plein centre ville, à 300m du marché et des restaurants. Beaucoup de charme, très propre, refait à neuf tout récemment, sans aucun vis à vis avec une petite cour au soleil. Séjour très clair avec ses trois fenêtres. Tout fonctionnait à merveille, vraiment aucun reproche possible. Merci à l'agence Côte de Lumière.
