⏰ Stay times

• Arrival: from 4pm

• Departure: by 10am at the latest



⏰ Late Arrivals

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge.



🛏️ Accommodation prepared for your arrival

End of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included.



🧽 Checkout Instructions – Mandatory

Please:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the bins

• Gather used laundry in the entrance

👉 Additional charge if not complied with or deep cleaning required (AirCover or security deposit).



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

• Arrival instructions

• Digital welcome booklet: how the accommodation works, Wi-Fi, coffee machine type, parking advice 🚗, bin information ♻️
