The fitted kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a 3-ring induction hob, an extractor hood, a fridge-freezer, a microwave and a high table with sea view. The bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower with thermostatic mixer, a vanity unit and an electric towel dryer. The toilet is separate. The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe. The apartment has very high-speed fiber optic internet with a box and TV decoder (over 100 channels). Linens are not provided but can be rented upon request.
