The living room offers the perfect setting to relax after a day spent exploring the area. Sit on the sofa to read a good book by the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, such as a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi, a radio, a CD player, a DVD player and an iPod docking station.
You can prepare delicious recipes in the well-equipped kitchen and then enjoy them around the dining table for 8 guests or outside in your garden or on your terrace.
The house has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 with a double bed, and 1 with 2 single beds. There are several separate bathrooms, 1 equipped with a shower and toilet and 1 equipped with a bathtub.
The house has a washing machine, dressing room, central heating, ironing facilities, desk and vacuum cleaner.
Please note that towels and bed linen are included in the price. At the end of the stay, cleaning must be done by the tenant or can be arranged for the sum of 100 euros to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 0.88 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available on site (included in the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are allowed upon prior request. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the accommodation.
