We usually enjoy our stay there. The staff are friendly and helpful. Food and room were good. I was disappointed in the pool this time. The water slides were only on in the evening and for some reason the water temperature was way too cold.

Wonderful property, free shuttle to the airport and from made this a great stay since our layover was 16 hrs . Was awesome that the hot tub is open 24/7 for guests , felt good to get a soak after our super long flight in from England . Would definitely recommend as there’s lots of convenient attributes including the restaurant and bar in house and sparkling water options at the fill up stations just to name a few , pillows and beds were comfortable!

Waterslide and pool were awesome amenities to have, however things need to be kept up. Everytime we turned around, there was black flies in the pool. Our hotel room was just plain gross, the headboard had splashes all over it, the rim of the toilet was moldy, light switches were dirty and there was cracker crumbs in one of the beds? Will not be returning.

The staff at the property were absolutely the best! Huge shout out to Joanne at the front desk, she is amazing. The pool was a huge hit with the kids. The restaurant was also great to have attached to the hotel, great food as always Tony Romas!! The rooms on the 2nd floor all had a definite smoking smell despite the sign that said they were a non-smoking room. Another minor issue was there were no USB ports for charging - I always come prepared but I know a lot of people don’t so maybe something to consider. Overall our stay was great and would definitely come back again as per the kids request 😉.

I enjoyed the family friendly atmosphere, and the friendly staff. It was safe as the doors were locked at night. However there was drug paraphernalia in one of the dressers, and the mattress protector for the pull out couch was dirty.

The mattresses are horrific. We slept on a slope and had to take Advil and muscle relaxants to be able to move about during the day. They need to be replaced. The bathroom was not as clean as it could have been.

Would stay here again with a few changes next time

The family suite was spacious, although we would have enjoyed more seating space in the living room and perhaps a small table to eat at. Fridge malfunctioned and froze our food on the second day, which was disappointing. Our grandsons thoroughly enjoyed the pool and waterslides. Pool staff were friendly! We would stay here again and would select an external facing room next time. Room facing the pool requires the air conditioning to work almost continuously due to the very warm air the unit draws from the pool area. Pool facing rooms are a bit noisy as well.

My daughter and I felt welcome from the first time we walked in the lobby. Giving us rewards and free dinner vouchers. Usually this treatment happens if you are upset but we were happy from start to finish. The wave pool was a big plus! The lifeguard even turned on the slides for us when we were the only ones in there. More hotels can learn from this and be proactive with there guests instead of reactive to there guest. We will always stay here when in town!
