Located in an idyllic and serene environment along the Mediterranean coast, our 44m2 apartment is the ultimate getaway for friends and families seeking a relaxing retreat! Escape to Leucate and enjoy the tranquil surroundings of The Regional Natural Park of Narbonne and the Natural Marine Park of the Gulf of Lion. With access to 16km worth of sandy beaches, you can spend incredible days enjoying the sun along the sea or go for long walks through the lovely neighbourhoods. Our space comfortably sleeps 4 guests, but can accommodate up to 6!

Our apartment has 2 BEDROOMS with 1 Double bed in the master bedroom and either 2 Single beds or 1 Bunk bed in the second bedroom. Bedding configurations may vary so please specify your bedding preferences with our friendly team upon booking and we will be happy to try and accommodate you. You'll find a Sofa bed in the living area to accommodate additional guests.

Get ready for your day in the 1 BATHROOM. Bathroom linen is not included but is available to rent on-site for €10/kit.

After a day outside, retreat to our comfortable air-conditioned LIVING SPACE. Curl up on the sofa and watch your favourite show on the TV, available for an additional charge. You can connect with friends and family back home using the Wi-Fi, available for an additional charge.

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a microwave, a set of cooking hobs, a fridge, a dishwasher, and a toaster. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Résidence Les Carrats where our space is conveniently located. These include access to the heated outdoor pool (weather-dependent), the heated indoor pool, the hot tub, a sauna and hammam, a fitness centre, free Wi-Fi at the reception, a mini-club (4-12 years old) from July to August, and continental breakfast service available for an additional charge.

If you're travelling by car, we've got you covered with FREE outdoor parking available on-site.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a fully refundable damage deposit of €350 and a small daily tourist tax between €0.50 and €3, charged per person. An end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette) is available for €65-€100.
