No forks no coffee no juice no coffee cups at breakfast. Keys kept not working. Room over the pool smelled like chlorine and was loud. Incredibly overpriced, gouging families for graduation.

Our room was gross. Big stain in the floor, our headboard was disgusting both on the face and on top, which has not been dusted in lord knows how long. Beds are harder than boot camp.

The upholstered chair was filthy and also looked like animal hair was on it; I could not sit in it. The carpet area the size of a soccer ball in front of the TV was soggy wet. I had an important appt. to meet and I was exhausted or I would’ve requested a different room.
