The room was not clean. Our room door handle only worked if turned upward. I understand that renovations are in process, but even rooms that have not been renovated can be clean and maintained.

The location is perfect for VMI. Breakfast is convenient and service at hotel front desk was excellent. This is an older property, with outside access to every room- but I would stay here again.

Great water pressure in the shower and I love it has multiple shelves for razor, and shampoo. Heater in the room is awesome.

Your desk staff (blond woman working evenings) gave me a new key to my room without verifying my Photo ID. This is a huge safety issue for your customers allowing just anyone to access rooms. I even tried to have her my photo ID but she did not look at it. The breakfast and mornings g desk staff were good. The room felt like a steel cubicle and the toilet was loud and ran randomly during the night.
