Booked a room with a king bed. ( husband is 6’3”) Upon arrival (10pm) the only king room left was still not cleaned for the day. There was still a tip sitting on the dresser for the housekeeper. I was given a room with 2 queen beds - certainly not king size. The clerk gave me a room with a balcony ( upgrade apparently) which meant nothing to me when arriving at 10pm. I’d much rather have had the king bed I paid for than an upgrade to a balcony room- and the price differential refunded.

Best stay on very long road trip!

Very nice hotel. Most comfortable bed we had on our very long trip. Best breakfast, hot, with a great selection. Great indoor/ outdoor pool. Laundry machines for $1.00. Would most definitely stay here again.

After check in we went to our room and got settled in. After settling in we noticed that the toilet would run and run. We also noticed that the floor of the bath tub was peeling up and kept flaking off. The shower head had good water pressure but the water was not the best directed. There was also a drip sound in the bathroom from a different room. We would have asked to have the room changed but it was late and we were traveling with small children and were not in a position to change rooms.
