Charming Cottage Home On A Farm In The Kentucky Horse Country! Relax!

Charming cottage home sets on a quaint 20 acre farm with horses and a vineyard situated 10 minutes from downtown Lexington and Midway and 15 minutes from Keeneland and the Horse Park. We are near I-64 conveniently on the same side to get to the Bourbon Distilleries in Versailles, Frankfort and getting to Louisville Churchill Downs. You get to enjoy the best of both worlds with the city and the country combined. Accommodations are a quaint cottage guest house behind the owners main house on the farm. The cottage offers plenty of privacy. knotty pine floors, house has been renovated completely, updated, microwave, full-size refrigerator, two cable TV' and WiFi. Towels and Linens provided.Fully furnished with a stocked kitchen to cook whatever you like, one bedroom with king size bed and privacy, two twin beds in a common area, full-kitchen, living room area and one bathroom. There are no neighbors. Dogs are allowed upon approval before arrival and fee is 25.00 per day for each dog. Dog rules must be met

Charming setting

This charming cottage sits on beautiful property with a lovely scenic setting. The cottage, itself, is absolutely adorable inside. We loved everything about it. We were only there one night but wish we could have stayed longer. The beds were also incredibly comfortable with super soft sheets and blankets.

Immaculate, beautiful country cottage on a farm and winery in Kentucky horse country. The location was easy to find, the host and hostess were incredibly kind and helpful. Picturesque location that allows the visitor to enjoy a "staycation" or explore the surrounding area and the many attractions nearby. Will definitely be back!

Just what I expected!

Leslie and Al are wonderful hosts. They live on the property, but we certainly had all the privacy we wanted! Convenience of being in the country and close to town was such a blessing. The horses on the property are a joy to pet and feed. We will probably be back. Thanks, Leslie and Al!

Lexington layover was perfect

My wife, 2 dogs, & I wanted to stop somewhere after about 10 hours of driving home from the Outer Banks. Leslie & Allen’s cottage on their farm was perfect. Private, but owners are very close if needed. Updated farmhouse cottage had tons of space for us & our dogs. Location just outside the city which is an easy 10 to 15 minutes away. Was great location for a couple of distillery visits and my bourbon hunting. Also really enjoyed the arboretum with our dogs. Next visit to Lexington, we’ll be checking if the cottage has vacancy. Highly recommended.
