Disgusting motel!! Smells so bad!!! Not a safe area. It was so DIRTY that you can NOT move in the room. Bedsheets smells so bad, TV was not working, shower is also dirty, no tissue paper. No hot water, we did not sleep all night. Took our stuff before 5:30am and left. There was no one in the front desk for check out. We heard noise like shotguns in the evening, we didn’t feel safe.

Room was decent overall, but several areas needed work. The shower lever did not let most of the water go to the shower so it was a weak stream. The bed had a dip on one side, but I only needed one side of the bed as I was traveling alone on this trip. But the area was quiet and clean in Richmond and close to several restaurants. The coffee was cold but there was juice and breakfast had a waffle maker available and milk/cereal, but no butter or syrup for the waffles. There was no one around to make a fresh pot of coffee or restock anything. If you are looking for a quiet place to sleep, it checks that box but not much else.

This place is a dump. Almost EVERY guest room door has peeling paint. There is garbage and cig. butts all over the parking lot. My room had 1 small desk light for the entire room and one of the bulbs was missing. There was peeling paint on the room ceiling and bathroom door. One bathroom ceiling panel was missing and another had bad water stains. The bathroom towel rod was missing. More water came out of the bathtub faucet than the showerhead. Bathtub drain didnt work and the tub was filling when I took a shower. I stood at the front desk for 10 minutes when checking in due to clerk was outside having a smoke. Never had the breakfast because room was dark 20 minutes after it was supposed to be open. I cannot believe Wyndham allows their name on this horribly run property. DO NOT STAY HERE.
