This is one of the nicer hotels in the area. It's definitely busier and sometimes hard to find parking because of the Japanese restaurant on the first level. Overall the staff was nice, rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, and I slept great. This is a nice hotel with great amenities if you're staying with family other than having to pay for breakfast per person.

Nandie at the front desk was super personable and provided excellent customer service during check-in and check out. The rooms were comfortable, clean and sounds from neighbors didn’t travel. The hotel is close to restaurants and ideally located with close access to shopping and food. There is a delicious n restaurant at the hotel, Osaka, that served great drinks and fresh sushi. The only “complaint” was the pool. It was very clean but wasn’t heated to be able to enjoy.

Short notice stay

Booked very late into the evening while driving through. Check in took less than 5 minutes and the employee was very kind. Room was clean however there was freestanding water in the tub by the drain. We didn’t need to use the showers so it wasn’t a big concern. Only annoyance was a squeaking bed when you rolled over. For the price and immediate need for a place to sleep while traveling it was great
